Cleaning front of glass feed corals?

I am sure its been asked but I was wondering if cleaning your glass of that nice brown film is a good source of nutrients for your filter feeders and other corals. I am really bad at feeding my corals they may get fed every couple of weeks well the filter feeders anyways the meat eaters get fed regularly sun coral, lobo, duncans, etc.

Yes, absolutely especially the Soft Corals and Gorgonians. Even now in my mostly SPS system I notice my Milli's perk up a bit and the Clams seem to be syphoning more vigorously too.

Thats a good question. I think it feeds them too. My gorgonians open up not long after i start an cleaning the glass. Even with the mh on.
