What causes clear bubbles on Live Rock??

excess nutrients I would guess then, I have lots of flow:Wavebox, 2x6100 streams and return

haha, that answered my question. i was on vacation for 10 days with only a heater for LR. coraline kinda died.

I think I figured it out, I was talking to a friend of mine and he had the same problem, he switched his bulbs and that fixed it. He said his one bulb was out of spectrum. So as a test I switched my 6500ks around, now the side with the clear bubble is starting to look better with the different bulb

You changed the bulbs so what ever was living there is no longer happy living there. Either way it going to move to someplace darker. I still say excess nutrients and lack of flow.
