i'm building a hood for my 10 gl nano. what is a good polyurethane clear coat for this. what do others use? thanks
I always recommend hand rubbing for a nice amazing finish.
I didn't have the patience to do it on my 180 gal though.
Also remember to seal the wood before you start....use a fine steel wool to polish it out between coats as well...

what do you mean "seal" the wood first? i have it stained, is there something more i need to do before clear coating it?
