Is it safe for my clownfish to be all over (aka host) my sea Apple? I am aware of their capabilities so no speech or get rid of it comments are needed.

I don't know about sea apples as hosts, but I do know that when I have introduced young clowns to a BTA, the older ones will touch it with their body and tail very briefly, run away, then do it again and again. I am assuming they are developing immunity by doing this? So, are you worried more about your clown or your apple? If they don't pass the DLR test, I would separate them. Clowns will host ( or claim as their territory) lots of thing besides anemones.
