Contacts on BS Web site broken

I've written to BS several times via the contacts "Our Team" page. 8 out of 10 email addresses return as unknown user. The emails that do not come back never get answered. I said that if you got x species and x numbers of fish, I would be there the next day to buy them.

Nice business model.

FYI - That anniversary sale on your main page was in November.

Unfortunately I can not rely on e-mail 100% of the time. All the messages that come through our contacts page is answered as promptly as possible. I can not answer questions if I never receive them. I don't know why or can not answer the question why I am not receiving the e-mail messages but all the messages that come into my e-mail box are answered. Maybe pick up the telephone if you have a question it is a very good way to be sure that you get all you questions answered.

As for a great business model you can have your opinion as to how to run or operate a business but I do assure you that we have not been in the retail business industry for over 34 years by not having a fairly good knowledge of how to run a business though. But thanks for you opinion.

This is my example of a timely response. I'm not in business.

The person in your store told me to use your contact page on the web site to ask more questions because the person that I needed to talk to was not in at the moment.

In the year 2007, email returned from your server as unknown is like having phone numbers that are disconnected. You can update with a sale, but not edit out people's email who left your place.

I just went over to my email and see 12 emails sent with (still as of today) no reply. I started in May. Visited your store again in December, and found you here while looking for other fish sources in the NW.

Several people here have sent me private messages and I have found my fish.
