What do they eat? I have tired flakes and seaweed and I do not see him eating.

Thanks

the one we had would eat brine shrimp. we started it off with rods reef and then went from there. it will have to get used to the food you are trying. is there other fish in the tank. or is it in a qt tank.

Coral Beauty, along with most Dwarf Angelfish are primarily algae eaters, though they do also eat some meaty foods. Algae should be the majority of it's diet. Dried Nori or Spirulina sheets, in red and green, should be fed. If you have any live caelurpa, it might induce it to eat. Live Ulva is also a very good choice and will usually be eaten by finicky algae grazers.

I also agree on the suggestion of frozen Rod's Food. I haven't found a fish yet that won't devour it!

I put broccoli on a veggie clip along with some nori and my CB goes crazy. Something to try. My 6 line wrasse also enjoys it!
