Hello everyone...

I just want to warn everyone about these guys, (coral fanatics) we ordered from them and received nothing at all what we ordered, it was based on the picture of the coral is exactly the one you buy and we received totally different colors and smaller colonies of zoanthids than we ordered from them, and they refuse to work with us, they wont even reply to my emails anymore, all I am asking from them is too fix our order and they refuse to work with me, very poor service...
If anyone else has had this problem with these guys let me know and did they eventually take care of you? I am very frustrated and I want this resolved and they wont reply to my emails.....

That just sucks. I am affraid to order anything online, even through eBay. Kinda sucks when you have very few choices to use and buy from.
 
Matt - You should report them to the BBB or the attorney general of the state that they are located in. Also, you can dispute the charges with your credit card company. There are many things like this that is designed to protect the consumer.

This has happened to me once before with excellent results! Good luck!

Yes, VISA and major card companies will backup your funds. This is a fact since I know people who have gotten ripped off other places, and VISA was there.

Pay Pal

Thanks for the replies every one, however I paid with Pay Pal, and ideas on that? will they refund? I will see what I can come up with and I'll let you know, hopefully I get this resolved...

Paypal has a resolution board, they will stop accepting any transfers to often disputed companies. Quite often they will take care of it.
 
Better Business Bureau and Attorney General are still very good options. Once a company gets an inquiry from one or the other, or both, they tend to move very quickly!

I have an online bookstore, so I deal with Paypal all the time. If you contact them they should be able to reverse the transfer no problem. I'll PM you their toll-free phone number. They don't give it out, so it can be hard to come by.

Update

I sent coral fanatics a final email on sunday and was very firm with it and finally they refunded my money, so I am taken care of on this order, I just hope it doesn't happen again, Thanks for all the replies...
