Well, I think I am on the right track finally. Polyps stayed open all day. Alkalinity has stayed constant at 16.6. I dropped a venturi airline onto a powerhead to blow some bubbles into the tank and the pH tonight is 8.0. Calcium is steady, dropped to 340 on tonights test. Will change water tonight as see how it goes.
