I am looking for high light corals, soft or hard, but not SPS, does anyone have recommendations for me? My tank is 75 gallon, lights are 2x250 watt MH 10,000K and 2x96 watt PC actinic.

how about a clam :) , may be one of those beautiful maximas.
or how about an open brain coral or may be a torch, uhh .. may be i saw a neon green finger leather, that was a really nice leather.

hammer, frogspawn, plate coral, zoos, ricordia

Really depends on what you want your tank to look like in the end. There are a lot of corals that fit your description.

Thanks for all the good ideas! You actually can put a coral under too much light, that is why I am asking the question. I do have clams and ricordia. I like what is being brought up, keep the suggestions coming.

i also like those plate corals.
more the long tentacle ones, i also like the elegant coral, colt coral, blue stripped mushrooms, the galaxy coral, cabbage leather, the toadstool with green polyps too, ok i better stop :p

scolymia might be a good suggestion. Do you want something for bottom of tank?

I will check out scolymia, thanks! The bottom is full now which makes it all the more differcult with animal choices.

Red Sea Pom Pom xenias....if you don't mind...or don't have it yet ;)

Ricordea yumas....

honestly I would just look back on past tanks of the month and take idea's from those and make it you own.

hey Elmo what's the difference with the xenias
I always hear to much about those Red sea pum pum xenias what's the difference.
one thing that i do like is the xenias with blue polyps, those are kewl looking xenias but i believe they are hard to find.

Hey spongbob, you're killing me! You posted 5 times in this thread and you never mentioned the word dood! What's wrong with you? You know you always call everybody dood and I always read your posts and everybody is always a dood. After reading your threads and laughing everytime you called somebody dood, I went and started called the Golden Retriever dood. Wife said his name is Duke. I like dood better. Come on dood, wake up.

DOOD !! you know i didn't notice that hmm may be that's because i'm addicted to corals  , sorry dood my mistake :D .
by the way water dogs dood, you should check out the red lobo brain coral that's an awesome one too.
or you should try getting into Steve's (wrightme43) list for giving zoos, he has some awesome looking zoos that are like yellow color, they are really really kewl you should ask him for pictures dood.
