Im getting a lot of this on my tank glass. Whats the best way to get it out of the corners without hurting the silicone?
I'm leaving my back wall alone as far as glass cleaning and trying to keep the sides and front clean.

Since you've got silicone, your tank must be glass. I used to use a razor blade; you've just got to stop at the silicone. Kent makes a product called a Pro Scraper or something to that effect that I've had good luck with. The handle comes in handy sometimes.

If the tank was empty, but I'm assuming this has water as well as livestock in it. Use a razor blade or scraper up until the silicone.

Umm nope, it can work with a full tank. There was just a lengthy thread discussing this in the general section. The unscented magic eraser contains NO chemicals. It is just a ridiculously fine abrasive. On an acrylic tank not only will it remove coraline but also polish the tank.

My concern was scratching it, or messing up the silicone seals. The magnet glass cleaner doesn't get into the corners well. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I like that kent scaper that Liz was talking about. Either way just be carefull around the silicone and don't jam the blade into it and I think you'll be fine.

the magic clean eraser will go into the corner without disturbing your silicone. it works on glass or acrylic im pretty sure. I would go with the razorblade or the scraper though will be easiest.

Go to Home Depot and in the paint department the should have a little plastic razorblade holder/scraper. Cost is about $2-3.00 and it does the job very well and very inexpensive. I do also use the Kent pro scrapers with the long and short handles.
