Corals not doing well and need help from volunteer in Seattle

I have a hammar and zoo not doing well in my tank, I wonder is anyone in Seattle can let my corals stay in your tank for a while and see what happen. The hammar is retriving and almost 30% is skeleton now. Zoo is not opening. I don't know what's wrong. All my others corals are doing fine. Check H2O and everything looks good. I had moved them to different spots of my tank but not help.

You can do an iodine dip for the hammer, usually 5% using tank water, in a bowl, will help it out. Dip it for 60 secs then place back in tank. My frogspawn tentacles were receding, I dipped and in a couple of days were back out.


Do you have it in high flow or ??

As for the zoos ??

What are your params?

Why don't you tell us what your inhabitants are in the tank (fish and corals).

Are there any other corals close by that could be stinging the hammer and zoos?

When you look at the zoo colony, do you see any predatory snails or nudibranchs?

How long have they been in your system?

We'll help you get on the right track!

I did the an iodine dip for several days on the hammar when it started receding but not help at all. I am using the SeaChem Reef Iodine. It was in a medium flow area and moved to a low flow after the iodine dip and it didn't seem helpeing.

For H2O parameter, alk = 9.8, cal = 400, nitrate, nitrite, ammo. are closed to 0.
I have about 15 hermit crabs, 10 snails, 2 stars. I have 1 zoo colony which is closed up not open, 2 zoo frags, 1 medium to large brain, 1 Galaxia, 3 diffent types of xiena, 1 colt coral, 1 rose bubble, serveral mushrooms and ricordia, green stars, geen montie and purple tips frags from the meeting.
I had moved both hammar and zoo to an area has nothing close to them but again, no help.

I put them in one of the member's tank. The zoo was gone and the hammar not much better.
