Was doing some maintaence and fishing a flame halk out of the over flo,so thought i'd take a few new pics.Some pics of a algae that popped up as well

Thanks for the good reviews. It's definatly not much fun to maintain,being 30 deep,and access only from the back.If you,ve never cleaned a L shape,it is trickey because it produces an illusion that makes your algae scraper disapear.[kinda hard to explain].The refugium is growing macro algae of all kinds;took out about 4 huge hand fulls the other day.It has a retro-fit 4x96 wt pc over it that seems to be doing a great job.

I understand what you are talking about with that illusion thing. I have a hard time working the algea scraper in the back corners of my big tank. I only have access from the doors on the front of the canopy. Although the scraper doesn't seem to disappear, it appears I am getting all the way to the corner from my viewpoint in the front, but when I walk around and look, I can tell I was still a few inches away.
