Crazy Chromis

So I have 5 Chromis. When I first purchased them back in March 1 would never come out of the rocks except to eat. After a few weeks they all stayed out and schooled together. Over the last month or so I though one of my Chromis had died until I saw it in the rocks. The fish is so pale it pretty much looks white and hasn't been out to eat in about a month. (Though I saw it eating in the rocks when I fed tonight.) Nothing new has been added to the tank. Has anyone ever noticed a fish behave this way?

I would pull it and quarantine it. Could have parasites or something. It's definitely suspect and you don't want whatever it may have spreading to your healthy fish.
