This is the best picture i could get of this critter. It has a hard red/purple tube. As you can see the oral disk is a green color with tiny tentacles extending around the disk. I'm uncertain what it is so I thought I'd throw it up for suggestions.

Nelson get me a good pic. They could also be stick polps or hyrdoids but they don't have a hard tube. Any guys how big are these ? "Tube" length and diameter. Me calling them duster does bother me, as green tops are rare on duster worms. More than likely they will end up being hydroids.

My guess is hydroid of some sort. Mine glow green when I hit them with blue light. Otherwise they look brown. Do yours look green all the time?

Mine are green all the time. They stand approx 1/2" and maybe 1/16 thick. The oral disk w/sweepers is approx 5/16"

It should ber farily easy to ID, hydroid vs duster. Either thy have a feather like crown or an anemone like grown, so which is it ?
