Well, I think the closest one to the seattle area is in portland

The owner of Waves down in OR (Joel) is going to be making glass aquariums soon, he plans on making starfire tanks.

Here is a thread on pnwmas about cubes by AO that Joel from Waves talks about making tanks himself...worth a call or email to him. To my knowledge he will be the only glass builder in the area if he decides to do it.

Hey guys, thanks for checking in. At this time Im still in the experimental stages. I have the skills, and I think the knowledge to do this but I havent done it yet. I have ordered starfire to build a couple 24" cubes. Depending on how that goes, I may start making glass tanks of other dimensions. For now though, Im not making quotes or promises as I don’t know how things will play out.

Once I have the first couple tanks done, and they turn out in a manner Im happy with, Ill start venturing down the road of other sizes etc.

Feel free to keep an eye out, and check back with me in a month or two. Ill have more info then.

Ive received 8-10 emails and phone calls about people wanting custom tanks, so I thought I would share where we are at with things.
