custom sump/fuge

I bought a used Blue Sierra SR1 sump/fuge and I can't fit it sump in my stand without removing the center brace in the front. Does anyone know of a place or a guy that can make a custom sump that would fit in my stand? I would like to have a fuge as well.

will it not just fit through the doors or will not fit under your stand? if not you can try IAP in bremerton they make custom sumps or contact sharks reef

Height isnt a problem. Its length that is the issue because of the brace in the middle of the stand. Do you have a number for IAP?

I forgot to ask, do they have plans ready made or do you have to come up with it?

i had to put mine thru the back of my stand, but mine is on tile and me and freind slide it out and put it in... but if you need to contact them it is on the sponser page innavative aquarium products you can go thru the sharks reef or blue sierri i dont think they sell direct unless you are out of state...

I can't slide it in from the back.

or you could just have IAP or big t cut it down for you so it could fit. shouldn't cost that much and definitely would be cheaper than a new sump

I just thought of something. What do you guys think of getting aseperate sump and fuge and put two smaller tanks in the stand?
