damsel removal

Ive just noticed some unnormal behavor between the 3 green cromies and the clown.

the 2 green cromies the larger and smaller are a pair, and the 3rd wheel cromie, is lost. the clown is pissed cause the cromies are looking for a spot. and the clown seems to be threating.

Im consitering removeing all 3 cromies......... any thoughts.


anyone want 3 free cromies.... im gonna go to 2 lfs tomarrow and see if i can pawn or even just give them off.

They have really poor eyesight at night. You should be easily able to sneak up behind them after lights out. They are generally easy to catch.

I have used a glass pitcher before with success. Place it in the tank for a day or so, feed into it. Allow the fish to freely go into the pitcher for a few feeds. Then feed into the pitcher, have a net ready and when the chromies go in, slap the net over the top. Works to repeat, but the fish get wary.

If you do it when she isn't around you don't have to worry. Been there, done that.

Back when I first started in this hobby, my trusty LFS gave me 3 three spot damsels. 3 flushes later, they were gone. Callous maybe, but they killed a lionfish!!!
