I joined a couple days ago, posted my intro and have not received one response. This is very unlike any other forum I have been a member of, including other reef forums. It has sent me on a search for another local group.

You joined and posted yesterday.

I was getting ready to say "Welcome"...but I guess I'm too late.

I noticed a lot of people VIEW new member's posts but very very few actually reply. Just a suggestion to be more attentive. As I stated in my above post, I have never seen such a lack of response to new members as on this board.

small group of locals....facebook has not helped this forum iether. First time logging in many many months for me. Welcome!

Hobby not popular enough to accommodate multiple popular forums.

I usually welcome all new members but I've been laid up recovering from an accident, sorry about that! :( Also your title of your first thread didn't say anything about being new, that probably would of caught my eye.

Its always nice to feel welcomed.
You posted on a weekend, people are busy and this site has no traffic,so.. sadly, you've gotten your fair share of responses until mid next year.

Go to r2r and compete for attention than!!!
Jeeez. Cant even give a welcome to a n00b.
