I suppliment mine pods, I might still give him back to the LFS though. I see him eat Mysis if its stuck to a rock once in a while. He's fat right now.

Mysis

They both eat pc mysis,and my tank is run by a well established refugium,so they get a constant supply of copes and amphs.The male i've had almost since day one[due to a lfs wanting to make a sale]and the female is a prety recent addition.
