Here's the deal, I've got some nice leds on my DT and all of the corals colors really pop. This weekend I got the idea to install a frag rack around the top perimeter of my fuge which is lit by a 65w equivalent 6500k cfl bulb. Instantly the zoas and palys I put down there looked much duller which didn't surprise me at all but my question is is that an acceptable, superficial color change which will go back to normal once they've been sold? Or is there a change taking place within the coral ( zooxanthellae density, ect) which would mean I don't wanna sell people these corals (until I buy a better fuge light (par38 led maybe))? Thanks

Ya ur coral may dull out or brown up. They will color back up with time, good water parameters, and the correct light or amount of light.
