How big are the "servings"? Will a 2 serving meal actually feed 2 people or is it like most things where you need 2-3 "servings" to be satisfied?

You know I've been surprised at the serving size. Most of the time I'm satisified after the meal. You get sides with some meals and they also make recommendations.

On the other side there has been one or two meals where I was still hungry afterwards but that is because I'm a big eater.

Did you know.... that Dinner's Ready and Dream Dinner's were both started in Snohomish County and are now national companies... and also Graham Kerr just opened Day By Day Gourmet right by the Park and Ride at 164th in North Lynnwood. The meals there are tailored to his diabetic wife... he takes his old famous recipes and fine tunes them for healthier eating. We're going to try his place.
