Well...Here she is!! The bottom isn't tempered for sure(LOL) Now once I figure out how I will do my overflow and so forth, then I'll drill the rest of the holes for the flow. I did the hole big enough to support a 1.5inch bulkhead although a 1 inch is in it for the pic

LOL!! I am thinking on doing a center overflow like you had on your old cube you just tore down so we'll see how it goes. It only took 10 mins to get through the glass

:idea: im really liking this idea Krish, we have this killer anemone that we cant keep fish with and right now its in the clam tank and i dont like it there. we looked around for custom tanks a while back in the 24pod size range and i couldnt find anything under $550. F&S has the 24's on sale right now with the 150w MH for $329. i think we are going to get one, drill it and plug it in to the rest of the system. we wouldnt have to buy anything else

The pvc bottom and the overflow is the easy part. It's what I want to do for flow and a sump I'll have to think through. Who ever thought you could have a durso in an Aquapod(LOL)

That's where I got mine...I bought the one with the 70w HQI and later upgraded the lighting to the 150w (which I should have got from day 1) as it ended up costing me basically what I paid for the whole tank setup initially The 150w will be great for your clams IMO...The 70w was a little lacking
