good price if your willing to do a little work, should be just as affective as any pre-made sock.

I'm going to have the wife break the sewing machine out and make me some socks! I need a filter sock. I dont yet have one and its kinda dirty in there..

I bought mine 0n Ebay for like 7-8 dollars each and have reused them many times, at that price I don't know if it is worth it. IMHO

It is a personal preference wht you want to use but I have made a few of those felt socks they are so cheap that I use them once then toss them out. There was a fabric store here that went out of business and I bought about 3 rolls f the white felt. Works great.
