DIY pH calibration solutions?

I finally got some pH 7 and pH 10 calibration solution so I could recalibrate the pH probe for my Aquacontroller, and it was reading a whopping .4 high! No wonder I couldn't keep my pH low enough. :/

I haven't seen calibration solutions locally (although I might've missed them), but is there any way to use RO+DI water and some chemicals to create your own 7 & 10 pH solutions?

Not sure about making your own calibration solution, but Barrier reef is where I get mine locally.
 
Ah, I thought I had seen that article, but I couldn't find it again before. Thanks.

I'll check out the brands available at barrier reef.
