do aptasia move?

i have an aptasia nem in my tank and i think it is moving around. can they do that? it seems to been the only one that is the same size and its not where it was. i think it has moved twice. i couldent get to it the last tow times now i think i can.

Yes, Aiptasia can move, as can any anemone.

i have tried the boiling water trick and i dont think it worked but we'll see.

You could try putting a rock on top of it. It might move onto the rock then simply pull it out. Has worked for me before especially with the majanos

I have had good results with "Aptasia X"
