Do you reduce water flow at night?

I do not trun all of my flow off at night time only my mj mods. Those things push major flow but I still run my return pump, duh, and 1 mj 1200 and 1 mj 900, non modded. My skimmer still runs at night and thus I have good oxygen and my water surface is still ripped so gas exchange is still good. It just gives my sps time to just hang out. Polyps that is.
