Dosing Sodium Ascorbate

I have been dosing vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate) for 5 months for my zoa/paly care! I heard about it from a local reefer! Id like to hear more about from ( rf members ) on how it benefits you and if this really works for you!

I tried the Vitamin C dosing for about 5-6 months and didn't see any benefit. Nor did I see a change when I stopped.
Some people swear by it, but I'm not one.
