Dragnface Pipefish male carrying eggs *pics*

These pipes are SO tiny... I can't believe they'd be sexually mature already. They're probably only 4" long, much smaller then the 6-7" adults we see regularly.

Dorsal view, can see his extended flat "pouch" area. Skin folds cover the sides of the egg mass.


You can see the eyes of each larvae clearly, must be due to hatch any day now...
