Drilling a tank???

Anyone in the area have the equipment to drill a glass tank. I am trying to buy a new set up and I want it drilled and don't have the experience to do it myself. Thanks

Take it to a glass shop if the tanks not to big and you don't need a ton of holes.

I just had my 20L drilled at Red Sea and it turned out great. I thought about doing it myself until I saw Rob's setup. Dedicated drill press.

For those of you in south end. Meridian Glass in Puyallup drilled my tanks today. $10 a hole. Great work and quick turn around.

Yep, Perkins is up on Broadway. They only drill on Saturdays though and you need to call ahead of time to let them know your coming. I think they charged me $10 to drill my tank, but even that is a deal.

Did somebody get a hole drilled for a 1' bulkhead drilled by them?

He said they have a 1.5 and a 2 inch bits.

I drill a hole for a 1 inch bulkhead with a 1.75 inch bit.

Can you do a 1 inch bulkhead with a 1.5 or 2 inch hole saw bit?
