Boomer, what's your opinion on using air dryers for ozonizers? I am using the Red Sea 500mg dryer (with beads) on my Sanders ozonizer. I read an article recently that if I recall correctly came to the conclusion that air dryers are not that useful in increasing the effectiveness of ozonizers. If I can find it again I'll post the link.

Yes, that would be Randy's artilce and I will have to disagree :D He knows that. I reviewed them for him before they can out. Based on this test and his humdity, is not the same if you live in Huston or Miami, where the hunmidty can be through the roof. The other issue is to protect the ozonizer from the production of Nitric Acid. Large professional ozone compaines that make huge units I think know more ==> air dryer. If you are using a UV Ozonizer then humidity is not an issue.

Ok thanks Boomer. Yes, that was the article I was talking about. I think for now since I have a dryer, I'll just keep using it. I get tired of baking my blue balls every now and then, but nothing a few minutes in the oven won't cure.
