Electric current from both of my skimmer pumps?coninsidence?can anybody explain why?

I am running a USA euro skimmer with two pumps..and both are putting out electric currents in my system ..shocking my hand when i was feeding my fish today..barefoot and my finger was having a cut..both pumps are less then half a year old..i don't get it..do I need new pumps..am I doing sth wrong..both malfunctioning and the same time..what are the chances..can anybody explain me more why a pump is doing this..it seems to properly work..thanks

i can explain this to you...

super shyte resun pumps.
one of the many reasons i hate these pumps.
this is basically THE WORST pump out of china.

give me the specs of your pumps, skimmer model, and a pic or 2 of the pumps and skimmer.
