Elos KH test kit question

So I've never used the Elos KH test kit and had a question about it.

The instructions say drip the reagent until the color changes from Cyan to Yellow. I notice as I drip and whirl the tube it goes from the blue-ish color to green tinted then to a almost yellow.

Now do I stop here and calculate or do I keep dripping until its bright yellow?

Seems a little harder to read then the Elos Ca test.

Keep dripping till it's yellow. It should go from green-yellow. Depending on the kit you have each drop might be .5 or 1 dkh. I would suggest checking the red card inside the box to confirm those reading.

Yea it says its .5dkh a drop. sooo I should make sure there is no hint of blue/green when doing this test?

yup.. when it turns yellow u will know, very apparent... will start to go greenish yellow then usually the next drop or 2 will make it turn yellow....

Okay sweet.. if I'm right my Ca is 400~500ppm ( i didn't do the precision test ) and Alk is around 8dkh.
