Personally I'd frag the healthy a.s.a.p. I would not be using Coral RX as it is primarily used for parasite infestations. Not for bacteria or other conditions that may be caused by water parameters.

Coral Rx is effective in removing the following parasites:
- Acropora Eating Flatworms (AEFW)
- Montipora Eating Nudibranchs
- Bristleworms
- Zoanthid Eating Spiders
- Red Flatworms
Also aids in the treatment of:
- Filamentous Hair Algae
- Rapid Tissue Necrosis (RTN)
- Slow Tissue Necrosis (STN)
- Bacterial Infections & More

Do you have another system you can put these frags in? or maybe on or two frags to see if it isn't something in the frag tank? Although, may not be a good idea if it is a parasite as this could spread it to your other system. Maybe dipping before that could prevent the spread. Just an Idea

Calcium is very high i keep 400-420. On a small tank its easy to have chemistry swings to cause bleaching. Corals can recover but be patient. You wrote using LED solely... perhaps you lack proper spectrum to maintain zoolength in sps?

i built my led and has all the spectrums required. white, cool white, blue, royal blue, green and red also violet. it is not the led.

another reason i did a wc because the calcium was high. will test everything tonight and dose to required lvls. cant do it now because my sons 6th birthday party is today and im buisy buisy buisy..

In my experience Coral Rx does nothing against RTN OR STN. Best thing to do is frag off the healthy looking and the use something like Revive by Two Little Fishes.
