Hi, I tried to get this answered in my build thread but haven't heard anything so I figured I would try here. I am about to go to the BRA sale and was thinking about getting a hammer coral along with a couple rock flower anemones. Below is what I know about the light (it was given to me).

It is a dual banded LED system with light output of 142 PAR at 4" and 72 PAR at 7". It is made by CADlights and the height of my tank is 10" from the sand bed to the light, which is resting on the glass lid.

Anyone know what kind of coral I could have with this light?

Yes it is enough light for the hammer coral. Not sure about the anemones. I would think it would be though.
