tom those pics are incredible. Any time you want to frag those ricordia let me know I will take some of those babies. Mayby you would even find it in your heart to stick a zoo or 2 on the same rock....steve

Not as good as I'd like, but still figuring out my camera....
I also have a fair amount of microbubbles in the tank which adds to the mess..

An out of focus pic of my Derasa clam...should have mounted that to a tripod for that shot and gone w/ a longer exposure and a larger depth of field.

Just decided to play around with Irfanview and turned the previous photo into a negative. Now it really looks tiger striped!

Wow Nick thanks for adding those great shots to this thread! That is freakin cool how you inverted the colors like that, what program did you use for that? To help with to take bubble free pics you may want to try turning off the pumps for a min. Just don't leave them off overnight and forget about it until the next evening... I would never do that :oops:

Nice Zoo's! I didnt realize the microbubbles were so bad until after I'd taken the shots...I will keep that in mind for future pics.

All I was doing using Irfanview. Its a photo resizer. One of the things it lets you do is make a negative of the image or convert it to grayscale. I doubt very seriously that its as good as Photoshop or PS Elements...but its free so the price is right.
