Falco Hawkfish

Good evening all...
do you recommend the Falco Hawkfish to be in a reef tank with cleaner shrimps and red blood shrimp? i am afraid of putthing him in my reef and lose my shrimps. Any one has any experience with Falco Hawkfish? Thank you

I had one that killed my pipe fish, ate 2 cleaner shrimps, killed my african flameback angel. That was my experiance with them LOL. Hope that helps you make an informed decision.

I dont think any hawk fish is very reef safe.

On the other hand, I have hermits, peppermints and a single ornamental shrimp with a long nose hawk in my tank. Keep it fat, happy and lazy then you might be OK for the most part.

I had a cleaner shrimp with mine with no issues. I know that Class Clown has a few cleaners in his tank with a hawk. I never saw mine go after hermits either.

there a safe if the shirmp is bigger than the fish..they are reef safe..

i dont agree..they can work well but need luck..
