featherduster?

I know it's not a very good picture, but does anybody know if this is a feather duster?

i know you can't tell from the picture, but with my eyes I see white and translucent bands on the "fan". it also looks kinda like its got red underneath the fan. maybe a head? i got really good vision, so I can see things the pics can't I guess. it also has 2 short "antenna" that it sticks out when the fan is'nt out. wasn't sure if it was a tubeworm or what it is. any ideas?

If you're talking about the object in the back. Then Yes, It looks like a small feather duster.

i would just guess it was soe sort of tube worm...don't know though.
