If any of you all have a smoker try these. Get baby back ribs, and about 10 lbs of good thick chunks of APPLE wood. Rub the ribs with black pepper and put them in the smoker with water, apple juice, and cajun spices in the boiler part. Smoke them for about 2.5-3 hours. It puts every resturant I have ever been to ribs to shame.
Another hella cool meal is
Zatarans red beans and rice, and polish sausage, cut the sasage up and brown it about halfway thru cooking time on the red beans and rice. Then mix it in and about 4-6 oz of velvetta cheese. MMMMMMMMM
