Fish ID?

Can anyone ID this fish? I bought this guy at Petco and The tag said he was a red spotted blenny but he doesn't look like a blenny to me, more like a leopard goby. He is also mean as hell.

If I lived at Petco before someone rescued me, I'd probably be mean as heck, too. Soon, he'll realize how much better life is in his new tank and he'll cheer up.
