I don't imagine you'd have any problem with the starry blenny and pipefish. I've got a starry blenny in with 4 other gobies and another blenny and the only thing he ever bothers is me when I put my hand too close to his house.

the bar goby gets kinda big considering the rest of his family. I really liked having a few firefish. If you go with the blue spot make sure you have plenty of nice sand for him to play in. I've never had anthias so I cant comment on those, but one of my favorite fish ever is the dragon goby, sometimes called the diamond head goby.
