wondering if i should take bioballs out....as my nitrate is always like near 10 eventhough i do water change and the rest of my parameters are 0 thanx..^^

If is fish only and your nitrates are less than 20 you are doing just fine. I would leave things as they are. If you have a lot of live rock, at least 3/4 pound per gallon of tank size. You can remove the bioballs slowly and end up with close to or zero nitrates. Then you would only need lights and higher flow to have a reef tank. HTH Steve
