T5's are the smaller tube type bulbs. I don't have any but here's a Pic.

I would not run tubes in the same reflectors as the MH. The MH bulbs just kill the tubes and the tubes block the relectors and the halides.

VHO's have a relector of sorts in the tube so you really dont even need a reflector for them. T-5 are easily had. I would not go to home depot as suggested above. HO t-5 and vho are not even close to the same spectrum as NO bulbs.

Look at the t-5 retro kits at hello lights this will give you a idea of how to deal with this.
