foggy water

So i woke up the other morning and the water was really foggy...

I saw that one of the snails was letting your know what out. Here is the thing there rae two astrea snails, two nass snails, and three cerith snails, so were they all doing it? Or could it of been just that one snail?

So when one critter does it do they all do it is what i mean?

Dunno if they all do it at the same time. Means you have happy snails though :lol:
Mine have done it and I have baby snails now all over the tank.

I didnt see any eggs, But man i tell you what if it was just those two snails.......That water was foggy! Talk about happy.

Mass spawning is usually a sign of some sort of stress in an aquarium.

Is it really? I will have to look into that then...

The two astrea snails that are in there are pretty darn big and my tank is only a 29 would it be possible for just the two of them making it foggy?

Would stress cause everything the spawn?

Almost sounds like a bacterial bloom which will make the tank appear to be really cloudy. Just a thought
