Frag packs

I wasn't sure where to post this as I didn't see a forum for the online site I had a question with. I'm specifically wondering if anyone has purchased a frag pack from reefermadness lately? I know they have had a change of ownership in the last 6 months or something. Post ownership change I've heard some stories of bad customer service. I've now heard they're trying to clean up their act. Anyone ordered anything from them in the recent past? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Thanks for looking

I just read a thread on the other site a couple days ago about them. It sounds like they are giving lip service to making things better, but alot of people still seemed to be having troubles with orders.
