I have fragged rbta b4, its really easy.. Just cut them throught the mouth in half. If you do a 50% water change they should split too. I have 6 of them. I bought one about 8 months ago and cut it. Then I had to move so I upgraded the tank they were in from a 39 gallon starfire cube to a 75 gallon. Needless to say I didnt have enough water so the new water I added split them again. If you power feed them an keep them in a high water flow area they should split in a few weeks. Hope that helps!
