Does anyone expect a problem if I keep a Porcupine Puffer and a Frog fish in the same 110 gal. tank?

I'd urge strongly not to keep a Frog Fish. They are in general unsafe and not worth the human risk for a home aquarium. They have a variety of poisons, although you didn't mention which species you have in mind.

Any other fish than a Frog Fish runs the risk of being stung and poisoned even if it gets too inquisitive of the Frog.

I believe that it is either the freckled or the whitefingered. Does that change your opinion at all? I really like this fish. Currently all I have are the Porcupine Puffer and a large maroon clown.

Antennarius sp. of which the Speckled is a member should, IMHO be left in the sea. :)
