Hi, I have noticed this white coily stuff inside my frogspawn recently, also there are some little tiny white critters running around on it that I haven't noticed before. At this point it still seems pretty happy and has just gone through a growing spurt where most of the heads have divided.
Does anybody have this on theirs?

Frogspawn Critters

I'll try to get better pics, but the little dudes are tiny white specks that are running around some. My real concern though is the stuff inside the frogspawn. It is like white string all coiled up in the center of most of the heads of the frogspawn and on few of the lower heads (like the one in the picture it has fallen down the tenticle some.

i dont know what above is^ but its the same things that mushrooms are composed of... not a parasite like worms are to humans.... it's part of there biological makeup.

perfectly normal .

Thanks for the info, I was hoping it was something like that, but with my luck I was sure it was some sort of total tank death parasite.....lol

Agreed with Charles. Also the possibility of an eggmass. I'll move this to Anthony's forum, maybe he knows.
