I have been having some issues with some XM bulbs and Dealing with XM was Horrible but Hellolights made things better... They Issued me a Refund Check.. Well Anyways when the check came it was the same Address as the Xm address that I sent my bulbs back to... So It got me real Curious... I was wondering why XM always recommended Hellolights... So I called The Orange County Business license branch to verify owners...

Well to find out Jason Gee is President of Lumen General (Xm lighting), Quickpets.com, Lightlabratories.com, Lampsnow.com (hellolights.com) Pretty funny... Hellolights Denies the fact that Jason is the President and states that A Mike something? is the President of the company and they are no way Affiliated with XM lighting however Orange County, Ca Business branch seems to say differently... So I did even more checking and http://www.whitepages.com/5050/reverse_address hows the address of
1539 W Orange Grove Ave
Orange, Ca 92868

As belonging to 3 different companies...

Meyers Machinery Sales
1539 W Orange Grove Ave
Orange, CA 92868
(714) 288-6886

Lumen General Inc
1539 W Orange Grove Ave
Orange, CA 92868
(714) 288-1480

Lamps Now
1539 W Orange Grove Ave
Orange, CA 92868
(714) 288-2814

When doing a Google search on 1539 W. Orange Grove Ave I came up with

http://www.lightlaboratory.com/about.htm as being another company owned by Jason of XM...

Pretty interesting Information...

You have to much time on your hands Dectective Illusion, to much time =p

It was only because I recieved a check and The address on the check looked Very Familiar... I called hellolights and they swore it was a misprint and referred me to the address of like 1525 on their Website... And said they were no way affiliated with XM... That really got me thinking... If I had a misprint on my check I wouldnt Use them lol... So I just started check.. All this only took about 30mins...

Kinda Wierd as XM pretty much told me to Screw myself and Hellolights tried to be my friend and help... Even thought they are both owned by the same company... I guess they figured I was not going to be an XM customer Any longer so kick him there and gain him as a hellolights customer for life... In Either case because of my issues with XM I wont shop at Hellolights any longer as I wont support Xm or Jason In any way...

When I worked retail, the first thing they told us "new" employees is that for every good experience a cusomer receives, they only tell 5 people (or something like that) When a customer has a bad experience they tell close to 10 people about the bad service... Whith those odds I would think companies would try harder to keep their customers happy and coming back... JMO

Oh yeah..1 person doesn't like something...they tell 10 people who tell 10 people who tell 10 people, and pretty soon 3 or 4 people don't go there anymore :D JK. I agree if someone has bad service or other issues with quality etc it's always good to at least let other know about the problem. Obviously everyone has there own opinion and some have better experiences than others. James did a great job of getting his opinion across yet he didn't rant and rave or really even slam them too badly :D

And everyone hates my customer service...:D especially when I say "press hard there are 4 copies"....

My intent was no way to really slam anyone at all... I just had a bad experience with XM to the point where I wont buy there bulbs any longer... Jason at XM had every chance to make things right... All I asked was for a phone call from him so that we could chat for a few being very nice and friendly so we could get things mutually acceptable worked out without him Ignoring my email messages for weeks at a time... He never did, Never answered any of my questions and was a complete Jerk... Hellolights went in what I thought above and beyond by supposedily contacting XM and getting things resolved... I was Extremely pleased with Hellolights as they understood my concerns and completely Agreed with me... However when I got the Check from Hellolights (didnt want in the first place) I was quite suprised to see that the address were all the same.. I felt like I was being cheated on... My only reason I wont shop at hellolights now is because I wont support Jason (XM) in any way shape or form... And now that I know they are all the same company i guess they loose my business all around..
