If someone can help me we could do things like this, I need a Boss Promoter, someone non controversial unbiased & to the large majority.
Basically I'm saying I need help LOL. I have a very full plate, I want this site to surge but I'm over my head as it is with so much these days, I need that one person that can take the bull by the horns and run with it.

I am in a couple of the smaller FB groups and it's a lot more relaxed. I was an admin for a big group and was ready to just lose my mind. When people would whine I'd tell them to block the person(s) aggravating them because you can't see what they post, therefore you won't be aggravated any more, or leave the group. I finally took my own advice. I want to love this hobby and not hate the drama.

I'm here (mod), I exited a bunch of those FB sites. I got tired of people posring pictures of their RBTA because it moved 2 inches. I like the structure here better.
