What would work best? I made a post in the General Discussion forums about building my sump. I think I know how I am going to do it now, so I will get a new redesigned diagram uploaded and I will make a new post here.

For the mean time, what should I use to glue acrylic to glass? I need to make baffles.

Thanks
Chris

I don't know. I would assume aquarium silicone, seeing as it is used on glass tanks and acrylic tanks, but I would check with Mojo and Whitfull.

OH MAN.. I just read your sig and you have a 44 gallon pentagon also. Please tell me you have pictures of it! You are one of the first people I have talked to who are doing a pentagon reef.

Im going to PM you.

Yes I have pictures. I dont know how to compress them to send to people. They are digital I am going to try to post one now I just dont know how. Steve

Oh yeah not to high jack they thread but if you want I have a very cool way to get lights on top of a pentagon if you want it as well.

if you are using acryllic or plexi for the baffles they can be simply siliconed into place since there will be little pressure extruded onto them.

Siliconing acrylic to acrylic is another matter altogether. However, attaching it to glass with silicone typically works very well. However, don't use bathroom silicone with anti-bacterial contents....in reef tanks, we like bacteria.
